WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
You will be responsible for managing a strategic client portfolio positioned at the intersection of streetwear and sports. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, including evaluating client potential and identifying opportunities for growth within the sportswear segment. The position demands a strong ability to navigate trends and cultural influences that shape communities and subcultures connected to fashion, sport, and street culture.

Strong understanding of streetwear and sportswear markets, including cultural and lifestyle trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
Collaborative approach with experience working across diverse teams and functions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Portfolio Management: Oversee and develop a portfolio of clients operating within streetwear and sportswear, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Client Development: Assess client potential and create tailored strategies to maximise performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Segment Growth: Drive initiatives to expand the sportswear segment, leveraging insights into cultural movements, communities, and subcultures influencing fashion and sport.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, merchandising) to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and market demands.
Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio performance against KPIs, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
This role is open for applications until 18th December 2025. Relocation is not offered for this position.
