Scrum Lead NIKE IHM Inc. - Beaverton, OR - Partner with product management team to streamline the agile processes and support product managers in leading the product backlog to ensure its prioritized and appropriately sized. Facilitate team level ceremonies (backlog refinement, Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos). Prepare the team and facilitate squad level quarterly planning activities; establish, track and communicate agile metrics. Facilitate alignment and assist product managers and agile team with meeting appropriate commitments; protect the team from interruptions and distractions to clear a path for efficiency. Identify, remove and/or escalate risks, roadblocks, and cross team dependencies that are unresolvable by the team and interfere with the teams. Deliver commitments; accountable for promoting continuous improvement by coaching the team to use metrics to identify and measure progress. Interact with other Scrum leads to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization and cross-squad/cross-functional collaboration on delivery execution. Telecommuting is available only in AZ, IL, MO, and OR. 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology and five (5) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a product-related occupation. Experience must include:

  • Sprint Planning

  • Agile Metrics 

  • Backlog Refinement 

  • Retrospective 

  • Smartsheet 

  • Scrum Methodology
