WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Partner Rep to join our Paris Key Sport Team! We will work together to implement both our MPU and Account strategies – To build and accelerate our French marketplace. You will create and drive the right assortment for your partner to contribute to our net revenue growth. Consumer Code execution end to end including sell-in excellence will be a must. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Senior Partner Representative for Key Sport - you will shape and execute the future of of your Field of Play. Developing seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the accounts results
• Help create brand impact through partner relationship. Plan your accounts business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge
• Manage the partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy. Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline.
• Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end to end business with your account.
• High standard to partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently and contributing to collective team performance
• Collaborate on partner (city) experience at sell-in. and work closely with the x-functional partners (e.g. merch) to bring excellent partner sell-in experience to life
• Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge,…) where relevant and within
The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will be reporting to the Key Sport Dir for France.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 5-7 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
• Experience in in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position
• Proven Leadership Ability
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations
• Strong working knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace
• Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends
• Understanding of Team Sales
• Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
• Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
