WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Additional Demand & Equipment Rep to join our team. with a high degree of curiosity and learning agility, excellent planning and project organizational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively within the internal cross-functional teams.


We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with others Nike stakeholders. The successful candidate will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies, stay current on product and product changes, and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with others function at all levels of the Nike Matrix. This role will elevate Nike retail and move Nike retail forward to meet the company’s future commercial goals maximizing in season business and expanding Equipment:


· Coordinate and lead the execution of seasonal business plans to maximize in-season sales.
· You will work with the x-functional team to develop, apply, and track the sales strategy.
· Create and implement business plans for achieving revenue growth and other financial targets.
· Lead and oversee the realistic accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal opportunities, business analysis, and new sales opportunities.
· Understand, drive, and scale Additional Demand and Equipment models across our markets and find ways to leverage best in class examples across our teams.
· You will also be working with the Partners Team and Cfop to redefine their business and strategy, and thereby elevate the marketplace and meet the needs of EMEA consumers.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Senior Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by delivering accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans for Additional Demand and Equipment business. This opportunity includes summarizing and delivery of information to the Additional Demand Team while coordinating with the C-fop. The role will increase sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations. Planning skill and reporting abilities are key


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will report to the Additional Demand & Equipment Director and will work closely with the Additional Demand Team, Partner Accounts and cross-functional teammates in Merchandising, DSM (Demand and Supply Management), MPO (Marketplace Operations) to ensure smooth business continuity. Most importantly, the successful candidate will need to build a strong relationship with the different Nike departments to be able to navigate the CODE for both areas: Additional Demand (in season) x-Cfop and for Equipment.


WHAT YOU BRING
- As an Additional Demand & Equipment Rep, you will oversee one or more C-Fop strategies for Additional Demand with a Commercial mindset to tackle Market opportunities aligned with the Nike Marketplace strategy. You will combine plans and provide visibility using reports and aligning tools.
- Experience in retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis working with forecast and inventory during a couple of seasons
- Project management experience working cross functionally
- Experience in successfully implementing various sales plans, procedures, and methodologies and experience in utilizing financial decision making, models and translating results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts 
- Have a strong knowledge of the athletic industry both from product knowledge and marketplace trends
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
- Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations, and think strategically by providing problem-solving solutions.
- Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.
- Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
