WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Converse Korea team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting both functional leaders and broader business teams. This role reports to Senior Director, GM, Korea - Converse and partners closely with leadership, cross-functional stakeholders including HR and GA, and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations, effective communication, and a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive administrative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. They bring strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills to support leaders and teams effectively.
This individual demonstrates discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. They are resourceful, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs, ensuring seamless operational support and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur preferred
  • Experience in Nike, Converse, or retail/product-related environments is a plus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to leaders and teams, ensuring efficient operations and a well-organized work environment. You will manage daily activities, coordinate logistics, and contribute to building a strong team culture.

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating across teams and leaders
  • Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth itineraries
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics such as venue booking, agenda setup, and vendor coordination
  • Prepare expense reports, track budgets, and process invoices and purchase orders
  • Partner with HR, GA, and cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance team engagement and workplace culture
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate administrative records
  • Support team-building activities and organizational events to foster collaboration and engagement
  • Provide backup administrative support for other leaders when needed
