WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Senior Administrative Assistant will be part of the cross-functional admin team at Nike, supporting the SEA&I business. This role involves working closely with various teams and levels, managing outside suppliers, partners, and vendors, and reporting to the Senior Director, Nike Marketplace Partners SEA&I, based in Singapore.

We are seeking a candidate with highly effective communication skills, a self-starter attitude, creative problem-solving abilities, and thrives in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- A valid working visa, permanent residency or citizenship in Singapore.
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a large, matrixed multinational company.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English to draft letters, emails and meeting notes.
- Highly proficient in Coupa, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel applications.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will manage administrative and operational matters, including onboarding new hires, preparing business presentation reports and organization charts, maintaining office supplies inventory, creating and resolving POs, and supporting business travel arrangements, meeting requirements, expense claims, and ad-hoc project and event management.
- Execute end-to-end event management for the leadership team, including planning, liaising with vendors, invites, set-up, live support, payment matters, and post-action review.
- Support 5 functional leaders with business travel arrangements, meeting and room requirements, and expense claims.
- Manage functional email distribution lists and assist with ad-hoc projects and event management.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional admin team on daily operational matters or ad-hoc projects for the SEA&I business.
