WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate with two key teams: the Strategic Account Team, which partners directly with the retailer and global Nike teams, and the newly created Sports Team, which works cross‑functionally across the business. You will also engage closely with a team of Sales Assistants and support multiple seasonal Sales meetings.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will support your leaders and teams by managing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth execution of key meetings and processes. You will be a central point of contact who brings structure, clarity, and efficiency to fast‑paced workstreams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex calendars and expenses
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence
- Prepare meeting notes, track follow‑ups, and ensure timely execution
- Maintain consistent communication flow between the Team Lead and EMEA/Global Leadership
- Act as spokesperson for the Team Lead during absences and help prioritize requests
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- Act as a visible point of contact for your manager, team, and wider stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships
- Contribute to projects by identifying improvement opportunities
- Support meeting and travel arrangements for the Team Lead and/or Leadership Team
- Organize logistics for global visits, leadership meetings, country tours, café meetings, and team offsites
- Track department budgets and manage Purchase Orders
- Track team travel, org charts, and FTO
- Prepare presentations, reports, and overviews
- Oversee space planning and office moves for the department
- Provide back‑up support for other Assistants as needed
- Ensure effective information flow across applications, training updates, and general communications
ACCOUNT‑FACING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the liaison between the account, internal Integrated Account Team, and EMEA/Global Leadership Teams
- Communicate with the account through various channels (in person, email, phone, Zoom, Teams) with a more formal tone than CEO/owner‑level Assistants
- Coordinate account‑related travel and logistics, including Purchase Orders
- Support Top‑to‑Top and Consumer Code meetings (KAPMs, SKOs, GTMs, Fairs, etc.):
- Coordinate dates with the account
- Facilitate logistics for both the account and the internal Integrated Account Team
- Support sessions held across EMEA and Global locations
- Support Product Engagement meetings at WHQ:
- Align on dates with the account
- Coordinate with Global teams to prepare required sessions
- Oversee logistics for all participants
