WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You’ll report to the Finance Director, Nike Brand and collaborate closely with teams across Finance, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketplace. This role offers regular exposure to functional leaders and plays a key part in aligning financial goals with business strategy.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Consumer & Product Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in revenue and margin planning, financial forecasting, and performance management. You’ll play a key role in integrated planning processes across product, merchandising, and marketplace teams.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and revenue/margin analysis.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to turn complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with financial modeling tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Lead the integration of revenue and margin plans with merchandising and assortment strategies.
  • Support seasonal planning cycles and financial forecasting by aligning key performance indicators (KPIs) and assumptions across teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial plans reflect consumer and marketplace strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations by analyzing financial results, identifying risks and opportunities, and interpreting macro trends.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to long-term growth planning and support leadership with scenario modeling and business case development.
