The Footwear Costing Data & Operations (DOT) team is seeking a Senior Analyst in Singapore. The role partners closely with Costing teams across Asia, manufacturing teams within the supply chain, factory partners, and key stakeholders—including Margin Planning, Finance, and Product teams—to drive value creation and advance costing excellence across the organization.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Costing Data & Operations, this role is suited to a data-driven problem solver who combines strong business acumen and operational discipline with deep technical expertise to translate complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, leverages technology and analytics to deliver business value, and brings a continuous improvement mindset to strengthening costing operations and advancing a more connected, intelligent costing ecosystem.

They demonstrate a growth mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI, using experimentation and continuous learning to drive innovation and meaningful business impact. Strong collaboration and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders, are essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or intelligence, business operations, finance, product development, sourcing, costing, engineering, manufacturing, or related analytical or operational functions.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, automation, or digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency.

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical tools that support decision-making and operational excellence.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help keep Nike’s costing ecosystem moving by leading quote operations, managing tooling and FOB cost data flows, and translating data into insights that shape costing strategies and business decisions. You will work across Product Costing, Manufacturing, Finance, Technology, and other key functions to drive value creation and competitiveness, support margin goals, and champion cost excellence through the Nike Costing Framework.

You will also help accelerate analytics and AI capabilities by identifying opportunities to embed advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered solutions into everyday processes—enabling smarter decisions, improved efficiency, and greater business impact.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead quote operations, tooling cost balancing, and costing process alignment with internal and external costing teams

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance critical costing analytics solutions and data pipelines, including dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools, to ensure data integrity, reliable operations, and timely business insights.

  • Co-lead the development, enhancement, and stability of analytics capabilities within Databricks, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.

  • Support seasonal business reviews, leadership updates, performance scorecards tabulation, and strategic initiatives through accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and support margin objectives.

  • Champion continuous improvement, data governance, and innovation to build a more connected, intelligent, and scalable costing operation.

  • Advance analytics and AI capabilities by identifying opportunities to embed automation, predictive insights, and AI-enabled solutions into everyday work.
