WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) team and reports to the Director of EBP for Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I). The Sr Performance & Inventory Operations Analyst works closely with cross-functional partners in Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, and Finance. They build trusted relationships, drive alignment, and support key decisions that shape inventory health and business results.

They balance near-term needs with long-range thinking and influence stakeholders through grounded recommendations and compelling storytelling.
Based in Singapore
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in inventory management, supply chain, operations, planning, or finance.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Cognos BI, SAP, Tableau, or O9 is a plus.
Proven ability to influence, lead change, and deliver outcomes through strong communication and data-driven storytelling.
Strong attention to detail and ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong foundational knowledge of Supply Chain (order management, logistics, sourcing) and Inventory Management, including productivity and health metrics.
Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, identify insights, simplify complexity, and make data-driven recommendations.
Foundational understanding of the Planning function and retail metrics including Stock & Sales and Gross-to-Net.
Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills; navigates ambiguity confidently by seeking clarity and driving progress.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead inventory optimization strategies that strengthen revenue, margin, and inventory efficiency across channels and planning horizons.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner across functions to optimize supply and inventory flow across channels, countries, and time horizons.
Collaborate with the EBP team to deliver accurate monthly inventory forecasts.
Analyze performance and recommend actions to achieve key metrics: Weeks of Supply, Close Out %, Unallocated Inventory, and Franchise Health.
Evaluate financial and operational trade-offs to inform and influence decisions.
Use data visualization and storytelling to align stakeholders to actions.
Participate in structured forums and ad-hoc problem-solving to maintain healthy inventory.
Coordinate across time zones and teams to support SEA&I business objectives.
