WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
A Senior Assortment Planner for Nike Stores Partnered (NSP)/Nike Stores Owned (NSO) is responsible for developing, establishing and executing a clear, consumer-focused multi-seasonal Assortment Plan (AP) for their designated Sport. This role partners with Merchandising, Business Planning, the Sport teams and specifically in NSP with Sales to shape a product offering that supports profitability, productivity, and marketplace health, in alignment with Nike’s Sport Led Offense and brand activation initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be responsible for developing and owning sport-specific assortment plans, optimizing RSV, OTB, margin, and inventory health. You will lead seasonal buy and responsive planning while communicating performance insights and mitigating risks. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver NSP/NSO business objectives and franchise health.
You’ll join a highly collaborative group that partners across Planning, Sales, Merchandising, Sports, Marketing, Nike Direct, Supply Chain, and Finance. You’ll be the connective tissue ensuring that assortment strategies translate into strong consumer experiences and business results. Relationship building is key - you’ll influence decisions across multiple functions and levels, from Sales, to Sport business leads to senior Nike Direct leadership.
You’ll own the end-to-end assortment planning process through the lens of Sport. You will build and maintain rolling Stock & Sales Plans & OTB plans (optimizing Retail sales value, Margin, Inventory and Franchise/Product Family health) for prescribed key franchises of the assortment, adhering to the Allocation guidelines from the SPORT teams, ensuring health of the Nike owned Stores or the partner portfolio and providing leading input for non-allocated franchises that informs Supply decisions.
You will actively contribute to CODE moments, bringing opportunities and risks clearly. Collaborate with your x-functional stakeholders, owning and sharing insights of the Assortment plans to mitigate risks, and deliver set targets.
