WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Planning NA to manage planning operations across North America Planning.
The person we are looking for is highly organized, aptitude for driving clarity, and ability to simplify complex
timelines/dates/gates across multiple functions. The successful candidate demonstrates curiosity, is proactive,
and enjoys collaborating with others to create operational efficiencies. They will have the ability to
communicate effectively to audiences across different levels and functionals of the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
• Manage multiple DSM calendars to drive operational alignment & readiness across Sport Planning x
Marketplace grounded in the Planning CODE gates.
• Partners with Global Brand Assortment Planning Operations team to provide clarity and feedback loop
on operational excellence
• Create templates for Sport Planning x Marketplace to leverage for business driving decisions, story-
telling and LT cross functional meetings
• Ensure Planning teams have a defined workback calendar for CODE moment readiness
• Develop consistent methodology for translation of Bookings, Demand Plan, and POS story-telling
• Create & drive effeciences in planning process/tools across Sport Planning x Marketplace
• Engage in Functional Operations Network to drive consistency across NA and Planning
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is on our Brand Assortment Planning team which is part of our EBP team within North America
Planning. You will be working closely with Global and Geo planning partners, as well as multiple cross-
functional partners across Sport x Marketplace teams and varying functional operations teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
• Ability to streamline process with clear end goals within a dynamic, complex and highly cross functional
team
• Strong formatting skills to create 1 source of the truth when analyzing across Sport Planning x
Marketplace
• Foundational retail planning knowledge across vertical and wholesale
• Thorough understanding of Demand and Supply functions, ways of working and activities
• Strong process design and governance skills
• Ability to align broad group of stakeholders toward common goals and mobilize actions against them
• Strong competency in excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, and PowerBI
• Demonstrated experience in assortment planning and understanding of financial, product and
inventory planning
• Strong ability to influence and design compelling communication
• Ability to think critically and understand the potential for effeciences and automation
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills by developing aligned tools and
communication
• Self-starter, motivated and proactive in setting the direction and adjusting as needed. Deals with
ambiguity by creating clarity across teams.
