We're looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant for EMEA Finance who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. The ideal candidate will possess high learning agility, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, as you'll need to prioritize multiple tasks, set expectations with various stakeholders, and proactively follow through on requests to completion. The ability to work independently and adapt your approach to best support leaders and businesses is crucial.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will provide support to Senior Directors in EMEA Finance Planning (FP&A) and collaborate closely with their teams, working across Business Planning and Marketplace Finance Planning. The primary partnership will be with the Executive Admin Assistant to the EMEA CFO, working together to create and maintain the weekly and monthly rhythm of the EMEA Finance Planning team.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • Previous senior administrative experience in an international environment required, with prior Nike experience a plus
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse personalities, including senior-level executives
  • Proactive and structured team player, thriving in fast-moving environments
  • Responds positively to change, ambiguity, adversity, and pressure
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/MS Teams)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a skilled administrative professional, you'll support diverse leaders with varying management styles, handling a range of administrative duties, including:

  • Complex Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, managing conflicts, and coordinating with teammates and leaders
  • Planning Meetings and Events: Securing event space, handling budgeting, catering, agenda planning, and working with external parties
  • Team & Culture Building: Fostering team connections through staff meetings, team-building activities, offsites, and workspace design
  • Expense Management: Preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and managing itineraries and documentation
  • Document Preparation & Organization: Producing, editing, and formatting documents and email correspondence
  • Communications: Drafting, editing, and sending communications on the leader's behalf, under their direction
  • Space Planning: Partnering with stakeholders to organize individual or departmental moves, workspace planning, and equipment relocations
