WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work within the Supply Chain Planning & Technology organization, collaborating closely with business planners, product owners, and engineering teams. The team drives end-to-end planning transformation using the o9 platform, focusing on Demand and Supply planning capabilities. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strong functional and technical professional with hands-on experience in o9 configuration and deep understanding of Demand and Supply Planning processes. The ideal candidate brings the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions, analyze data flows, and troubleshoot planning issues. They should be comfortable working in cross-functional environments and driving solutions end-to-end—from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning / business systems analysis
Hands-on experience with o9 platform configuration (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Demand Planning (forecasting, consensus planning) and Supply Planning (allocation, distribution, constraints)
Experience working with IBPL / SQL / data analysis
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exposure to Agentic AI / LLMs systems like Nova, Cursor, Databricks Genie.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will enable Demand and Supply Planning capabilities by configuring and enhancing the o9 platform, ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve planning accuracy, and support continuous transformation initiatives.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Configure o9 models, including key figures, hierarchies, workflows, and dashboards
Support Demand and Supply planning use cases including forecasting, allocation, and distribution planning
Validate and reconcile data across systems and support integrations
Troubleshoot IBPL logic, data flows, and batch issues to ensure system stability
Design and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios and support deployments
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams in an Agile environment
