WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
You’ll work closely with Apparel Design, Product Development, and cross-functional partners across PLM and PIA. This role connects local and global teams, supporting seasonal product creation while enabling innovation. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and digital experts to ensure precision, consistency, and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
 
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, solutions-oriented production artist who thrives at the intersection of design, process, and innovation. You bring strong technical expertise in apparel graphics and digital tools, paired with a passion for improving workflows and enabling others. You’re collaborative, proactive, and energized by solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
You have a strong eye for detail and consistency, and you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities across seasonal timelines. You’re also passionate about sharing knowledge—helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working to elevate overall capability.
  • Proven experience in apparel production art, including line art and schematics
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with 3D tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of product creation processes and data accuracy requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Ability to train, guide, and onboard teammates on tools and workflows
     
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
You will drive production excellence across seasonal apparel creation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and innovation. You’ll support design partners while improving workflows and enabling teams through tools, training, and scalable solutions.
  • Create and maintain apparel line art, schematics, and DSRs across seasons
  • Partner with Design, Development, and PLM teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accuracy
  • Manage seasonal updates, revisions, and communication as product details evolve
  • Upload and maintain final deliverables aligned with key milestone gates
  • Support legal submissions and follow up as needed
  • Identify and implement tools, technologies, and workflows that improve efficiency
  • Lead training and onboarding for tools such as Adobe Illustrator, 3D platforms, and collaboration tools like Miro
