SENIOR DELIVERY EXCELLENCE ANALYST

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this position, you will partner with multiple functional groups internal and external Delivery Excellence Analyst (DEC) including Global Supply Planning, Global Sourcing, Global Material teams, Partner Management, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Responsive Team, Regional DEC teams and Factory Partners.

Based in Singapore, this position requires competencies in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment to fully support the supply chain business. As a Senior DEC Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the fulfillment of marketplace coverage, from initial request to implementation, from capacity planning to delivery execution of our Factory Partners.

We’re looking for a strong talent with growth mindset and can-do attitude. You must be highly accountable, notable for high quality results and able to adjust quickly and attain goals despite adverse circumstances. This role would require you to have high emotional intelligence to influence or drive changes without direct authority to mobilize internal/external resources. As a team member, this candidate shall be a strong collaborator, who encourages confidence and support manager to guide the team to embrace challenges and continuously develop.

You will provide strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive quick decision and successful result. You will also leverage your business and technical skillsets to influence new ways of working across a large organization. We expect that you are a highly innovative and results-oriented Sr DEC Analyst with advanced analytical skills, a strong command of data interpretation, capability to create compelling data visualizations, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science & Analytics, or related field.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with a solid understanding of supply chain or manufacturing environment.

  • Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc is a must. Experience in dashboard development using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI is a plus.

  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills, with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering actionable insights.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive initiatives from planning through successful execution.

  • A detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational capabilities, and a high degree of self-motivation.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Cultural agility and experience working across diverse teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in English-verbal, written, and visual.

  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills are a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will play a key part in driving operational excellence, support strategic initiatives, perform regular data-driven analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply challenges.

Data and Analytical Skills

  • Translate business requirements into data designs that drive the development of analytics tools and data products, enabling on-time demand fulfillment and delivery between Nike and partners.

  • Manage supply chain technology and systems to drive business value.

Process Excellence and Innovation

  • Strengthen Nike supply chain models and enable their sustainable growth through clarity of policies and processes.

  • Generate and implement new processes that create value for the future business growth.

Risk Management

  • Identify and assess the risks in supply chain to develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management plans.

  • Develop and implement business continuity plans with internal and external stakeholders to ensure resilience in execution.

Project Management

  • Ability to plan, organize, and partner with internal and external DEC stakeholders to achieve specific goals and objectives of new business initiatives within a defined scope and timeline.

Stakeholder Management

  • Influence internal and external DEC stakeholders in the most efficient solution through gaining mutual understanding and alignment.

Effective Communication

  • Clearly communicate business or projects information within Nike network and external partners, adjusting for audience, level of detail, cultural nuances, and situational and other needs.
