SENIOR DELIVERY & OPERATIONS ANALYST

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This position is located at Nike India Headquarters (HQ). In this role you’ll be working closely with our Footwear manufacture partner business teams, along with Nike cross functional teams in World Headquarters (WHQ) and Asia including Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Manufacture Engineering, Material, Product Development, and Logistics teams. You will work alongside other Delivery and Capacity Analysts (DCAs) across our Partner Management Office (PMO) Asia locations to carry out seasonal global supply and capacity planning.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Delivery and Operations Analyst with a strong background in data analytics and supply chain. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong technical skills in data management and analytics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful program execution.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or related field, with 2 years additional relevant experience in data analytics and design solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Experience working with Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks and Agile management systems (Jira, Confluence).

  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, IBM Cognos, and PowerBI.

  • Familiar with workflow automation tools like Smartsheet, Power Automate, etc.,

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and resolve conflict by effectively interface and develop partnership.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to see opportunity and generate solutions.

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation and urgency.

  • Self-motivated, with strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and drive.

  • Strong communication skills, excellent influencing and storytelling skills is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Senior Delivery and Operations Analyst, you will drive the execution of Nike's supply plan at assigned offshore factories to ensure optimized and on-time delivery to our consumer and marketplace, utilize data analytics to optimize delivery and identify performance gaps. You will also lead automation efforts, improve data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

  • You will apply strong analytics skills to gather data and perform capacity utilization, source plan and supply plan analysis.

  • You will actively participate in identification of root cause analysis for performance gap and perform Output and On Time delivery review. 

  • You will participate in projects and/or programs that support the overall supply chain efficiency and strategy.

  • As part of the role, you’ll implement complex automated routines using workflow orchestration tools and work with architecture, planning leads and other teams to ensure quality solutions are implemented, and best practices are defined and adhered to.

  • Additionally, you’ll anticipate, identify, and resolve issues to enhance data quality, while building and incorporating automated unit tests and participating in integration testing efforts.
