SENIOR DELIVERY & PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYST

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This position is located at Nike India Headquarters (HQ). In this role you’ll be working closely with our Footwear manufacture partner business teams, along with Nike cross functional teams in World Headquarters (WHQ) and Asia including Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Manufacture Engineering, Material, Product Development, and Logistics teams. You will work alongside other Delivery and Capacity Analysts (DCAs) across our Partner Management Office (PMO) Asia locations to carry out seasonal global supply and capacity planning.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Delivery and Project Management Analyst to drive key programs across Nike’s portfolio with diverse cross-function team members to execute complex and strategic programs. You should have a strong background in program management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end execution across multiple parallel program work streams, including risk management, issue/conflict resolution and dependency management.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or related field, with 2 years additional relevant experience in project management capacity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Agile management systems (Jira, Confluence) and Digital collaboration tools (Miro, Figma).

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and resolve conflict by effectively interface and develop partnership.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to see opportunity and generate solutions.

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation and urgency.

  • Self-motivated, with strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and drive.

  • Strong communication skills, excellent influencing and storytelling skills is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Senior Delivery and Project Management Analyst, you will drive the execution of Nike's supply plan at assigned offshore factories to ensure optimized and on-time delivery to our consumer and marketplace. 

You will manage the organizations multiple priorities, assess project requirements, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth execution. You’ll also active engage with key business and technology partners to identify and address risks and issues, while creating project dashboards and reporting.

  • Lead and execute complex supply chain programs across multiple work streams, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

  • Actively engage key business and technology portfolio partners to ensure opportunities, risks and issues are understood and addressed.

  • Create and develop project dashboards, portfolio reporting and analysis activities.

  • Partner with senior and executive level internal partners to cultivate collaboration, strategic alignment and integrated planning and execution across all functions.
