The position reports to the Color Design Director and collaborates across the design triad to shape color excellence at both the product and collection level.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a Senior Color Designer who blends creativity, technical mastery, and instinct to elevate performance apparel through the power of color. They stay tuned into athlete insight, sport-style trends, and the evolving landscape of apparel, color, and material innovation.

They are a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a natural collaborator who builds resonant, narrative-rich color stories. They bring deep expertise in color technology—materials, dyes, finishes, and achievability—and know how to translate research and storytelling into compelling, actionable palettes. They lead with curiosity, embrace iteration, and navigate change with confidence.

This posting serves as an evergreen requisition for two Senior Color Design positions within Apparel Design. Candidates may be considered for any active openings attached to this requisition.
