WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

During the design season, you will collaborate with the Senior Design Director and work alongside a team consisting of designers, tech developers, product managers, and merchants to produce training apparel products that aligns with Nike's Design Direction. This role requires effective teamwork to meet cost targets and deadlines and involves communicating the rationale behind your work to stakeholders.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Senior Designer, Training Apparel Speed - NIKE, Inc. Responsible for creating apparel collections that align with the company's design ethos. Assist in executing company strategy and the design process for Training Speed Apparel for both Men's and Women's categories.

Communicate with the Training design team across the organization. Collaborate with product design colleagues while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment focused on speed to market. Support the implementation of design direction and seasonal narratives for the Speed function. Contribute to team and business development within assigned areas and facilitate digital end-to-end production integration. Work with management to help establish short- and long-term strategic vision in line with speed team objectives. Provide presentations to senior leadership both internally and externally.

·       Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. 

·       5+ years of relevant work experience in Apparel Design.

·       Apparel Manufacturing.

·       Trend and consumer expert.

·       Adobe Creative Suite.

·       CLO 3D.

·       Keynote.

·       Ai Softwear inclusive of Vizcom.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will collaborate with your manager and cross-functional team members to assess gaps in the current product line and suggest solutions that align with emerging consumer trends. You will attend industry events and conduct ongoing market research to maintain up-to-date expertise. You will work with the team to support a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and efficiency.
