WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This position reports to the Senior Manager Live Ops and Project Management. In this role, you will work closely with our core Digital Operations teams as well business teams, Technology, Supply Chain, Consumer Care, and Marketing to name a few. This role also interacts with teams in other geos as well as our Global team based at our World Headquarters.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Live Ops Senior Specialist to join our team. This is a fast pace, entrepreneurial area that needs someone who is ready to jump in and manage large cross-functional teams through the prevention- and resolution of incidents. Our best Operations Specialists are organized project managers and flexible multitaskers who take pride in their work. You are able to think about cross-functional impact, prioritize tasks and drive efficiency. You are also a true people person and are able to manage multiple stakeholders on a day-to-day basis with a smile on your face. You maintain a flexible schedule that may include some evening and weekend work.
What you bring:
- Experience in direct-to-consumer retail e-commerce with a specific focus on operational project and/or process management and improvement
- Experience in managing x-functional projects
- Hands on experience in managing x-functional teams through the resolution of complex issues in time pressure environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to quickly assess and prioritize what’s most important
- Be a self-starter and manage ambiguity well. Manage ad-hoc requests in an independent manner
- Ability to move with the speed and need of the business during peak and off-peak moments
- Able to translate complex information into clear and easy to comprehend action plans
- Can bring people along with a positive and energetic approach
- Comfortable using tools such as PowerPoint, Airtable, Miro and Excel
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll drive, manage and evolve the 365-operational support strategy for our EMEA Commerce Platforms, across all our 30+ EMEA countries. Together with your Global counterparts and key EMEA stakeholders you’ll build and maintain a smooth operating model. Next to ensuring a smooth business operation, you will also work on cross functional projects, continues improvements and events. (i.e. Cyberweek)
You are the orchestrator that ensures that all x-functional teams have what they need to smoothly and efficiently do their work.
