The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.
Nike Digital Product Design executes thoughtful design solutions for business and consumer

We are looking for one Digital Product Designer for the Consumer & Enterprise Tools
Team, focused on Comms & Journeys. We’re responsible for the capabilities that power the
world’s most-loved consumer experiences — scaling product creation, enterprise capabilities,
and dynamic, brand-right journeys for every athlete*, everywhere.
We are looking for two Digital Product Designers for the Partners Digital Experiences
Team, which fuels Nike’s partnership with multi-brand retailers, sports teams and elite athletes.
We craft B2B experiences that make Nike's product the most effortless and inspiring to choose,
plan, order and sell for people doing business with Nike.
We are looking for one Digital Product Designer for the Nike Podium Design System Team.
Our mission is to Co-create the design system that translates Nike’s magic into the world’s most
loved digital experiences. We do this by designing and developing highly flexible reusable UI
that can be used across Nike’s portfolio of digital products and accelerate team’s abilities to
create elevated brand experiences for external and internal users. We believe a design system
is never done and pour our creativity into inspiring and empowering digital innovation at Nike.
Who you’ll work with
On the Consumer & Enterprise Tools team, you’ll work closely and collaboratively with a cross-
functional team of product managers, program managers, engineers, researchers and fellow
designers to discover and understand business, feature, and user requirements that translate
into thoughtful design executions.
On the Partners Digital Experience team is responsible for deeply understanding people’s
workflows, integrating customer and competitive insight throughout the design process and
delivering an experience that supercharges Nike’s partnerships. We collaborate closely with
Product Management and Engineering to drive growth and deliver value. As a key member of
this team, you’ll report into the Sr. Director of Design for Partners.
On the Nike Podium Design Systems team, you will be working side by side on a
multidisciplinary team of cross-functional teammates including designers, engineers and product
managers on the Podium Team. We hustle, we sweat the details and we constantly collaborate
in and outside our team. Podium is a horizontal team that works across Nike Digital Product
Design, has a strong focus on serving as a catalyst and is focused on helping drive Nike digital
to move at the speed of sport. You will be working horizontally with product team partners who
are using and implementing Podium. With these partners you will collaborate, support and user
test.The role will report directly to the Senior Design Manager of the Podium Team.
Who we are looking for
You’re the go-to designer on the team — taking ownership for every detail of the final design.
You confidently apply your knowledge and craft, working independently on several projects at a
time. You seek out opportunities to round out your skills and always present the thinking behind
your work. You bring a wide-range of concepts to the table and are constantly pushing your
team’s view of what’s possible.
6+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual and UX
A bachelor’s degree or higher in design or related field (UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with the particulars of designing for digital/physical experiences
Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution
Ability to deliver high-quality, end-to-end design solutions that uphold Nike's quality standards
Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise
Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process
Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and marketers
Solid design process and strong attention to detail
Experience working with consumer research and data
Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Principle and Keynote
UI motion design experience with tools like After Effects
Familiarity with 3D, AR & VR is a plus
Cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS, emails)
What you will work on
As Senior Designer, you will work on large scope initiatives that require a blend of strategic
thinking and superb systems craftsmanship.
You'll deliver digital experiences that make Nike's products the most inspiring and effortless for
businesses to choose, plan, order and sell.
Strategic thinking and driving design execution across large scope project tracks
Designing incredibly polished work that represents the Nike brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes
Owning multiple product features for medium to large projects
Taking proactive ownership at edges of projects where requirements and design objectives can be more ambiguous
Rapidly iterating and refining design concepts from initial briefing through final delivery
Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, project managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers
Developing design solutions using participatory and iterative techniques including user interviews, observation, usability testing, validation, and design thinking brainstorms and workshops
Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems
Mentoring and providing helpful feedback to fellow designers and interns to uplevel their craft and skills
Evangelizing the Nike brand and driving initiatives that strengthen Nike's design culture internally
Ability to effectively communicate design intentions and establish the gravity around ideas
Ability to produce a holistic look and feel between all pieces of a large project
Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization
Passion for the Nike brand, sports and for creating high-quality work
A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends
