At Nike, you’ll lead the Performance Partners Account Marketing team to amplify the Nike Inc. Partner Marketplace and create lasting consumer connections in our multi‑brand ecosystem.
Working cross‑functionally, you will elevate the marketplace by delivering industry‑defining marketing plans that leverage the full marketing mix to support our lead performance partner accounts, including key sporting goods and specialty partners.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As the Senior Director, Account Marketing, Performance Partners, you’ll lead a dedicated team to drive account marketing across our key performance accounts. You’ll also serve as the leader on the cross‑functional Integrated Retail Marketing leadership team across the Business/MPUs and Brand Marketing for Football, Running, Training, and other Sports — engaging with a diverse group throughout the EMEA region and globally to serve the marketplace.
You’ll partner closely with key marketing functions such as digital, integrated media, communications, brand creative, and sports marketing to ensure alignment and impact across every initiative.
You’ll work with cross‑functional stakeholders in merchandising, sales, demand planning, finance, strategy, and product, while partnering directly with the VP Integrated Retail Marketing and Sales as a key stakeholder.
Your leadership style will adapt to varied daily challenges as you manage five direct reports with varying experience levels. You’ll foster collaboration, encourage innovative thinking, drive ideas forward, and leverage diverse expertise to deliver strategic solutions for a rapidly evolving consumer landscape.
In this role, you’ll report to the VP Integrated Retail Marketing, EMEA, advising on strategic decisions and influencing processes to ensure plans are executed at the highest standards.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Senior Director, Account Marketing, Performance Partners, you’ll create and support the vision for our evolved Nike Sport Marketplace, driving functional excellence in an end‑to‑end seasonal offense to bring the vision to life. You will actively build and shape the future of Performance Partners and their role in the marketplace for Nike, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and execute the FY Annual Operating Plan and Strategy for Nike and Jordan x Account, tapping into the EMEA CSR, Account Strategies, Account Positioning, and Brand Management Vision for Sport Offense.
Own and drive Marketing Trade Terms allocation and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead strategic portfolio prioritisation and support plans across competing sport and marketplace strategies and priorities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Sales, DSM, Retail Brand, Brand Management, and Sports Marketing to establish industry‑leading Account Positioning for the team to drive annual Account Marketing Plans.
Own the partner leadership relationship, developing deep connections with key partner marketing counterparts and buying teams to drive consumer understanding, business acumen, and new opportunities for a shared vision.
Lead and develop people: you’ll lead an EHQ‑based team of five passionate direct reports and an extended team of ten, helping them grow and thrive every day. You’ll also support and develop our city retail marketing teams.
Champion culture: you will foster a culture anchored in Nike’s maxims and the capabilities of industry‑leading marketers — Dreamers, Innovators, Doers, Editors, Tastemakers.
