The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $404,000.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This leader sits at the center of the Converse Sport offense, reporting directly to the Converse CEO and leading the Energy and Skate portfolio. They collaborate with Converse Sport Squad partners, Geo Brand GMs, Nike and Jordan Brand Sport GMs, Finance, Planning, Supply Chain, and Marketplace teams to drive a unified global offense.

The role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, at Converse Headquarters.

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in general management, commercial, or category leadership roles for global consumer or sport brands
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive as a future-leaning, visionary leader while driving cross‑functional, global teams across design, product, merchandising, marketing and marketplace.
  • Experience within the Nike, Inc. portfolio (Nike, Jordan, Converse) and proven change leadership in complex, matrixed environments strongly preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will build and lead the Converse Sport Energy offense, with additional accountability for the Skate portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end journey from consumer insight to concept, product, storytelling, and marketplace execution that drives sustainable growth and brand distinction.

  • Lead the Consumer‑ and Creator‑right vision for Converse Sport Energy, translating deep consumer and Creator insights into clear strategies, concepts, and innovation roadmaps across Court and Skate
  • Create and own the Energy business plan and portfolio strategy, driving revenue, margin, and market share growth while managing risk and investment decisions with strong profit‑and‑loss discipline.
  • Build and lead mission‑driven, cross‑functional squads (Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Sports Marketing, Marketplace, Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain) that are accountable for end‑to‑end development and deployment of Creator Concepts
  • Establish business plans and marketplace priorities that bring the Converse brand closer to consumers
  • Connect Global, Country, and City teams to align on offense, elevate local insights, and unlock strategic change and growth in key geographies
  • Drive a robust pipeline from concepts, innovation, product, and assortments through merchandising and business integration processes to deliver consumer‑right product journeys and assortments
  • Lead critical strategic planning processes (such as Category Strategic Reviews (CSR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)), championing the voice of the brand and consumer and shaping the future‑state organization and operating model for Converse Sport.
