WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Senior Director, Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Korea sits at the center of Nike Korea’s digital offense, partnering closely with marketplace leadership, brand, merchandising, planning, finance, analytics, and digital product and creative teams. This role leads a multidisciplinary organization, reports into territory leadership, and serves as the critical bridge between global strategy and local execution—ensuring alignment while unlocking market-specific opportunity.

Nike is seeking a senior digital leader with deep expertise in the Korean market and the ability to operate with confidence on a global stage. This leader brings a clear point of view on digital commerce, marketplace management, and premium consumer experiences, paired with the discipline to translate global direction into locally resonant action. They understand the pace, scale, and cultural nuance of Korea and can influence across a complex matrix while keeping the consumer at the center of every decision.
This leader balances brand and business—elevating Nike Digital as the pinnacle expression of the brand while delivering sustained commercial performance. With a proven record of leading transformation, owning financial outcomes, and building inclusive, high-performing teams, they move fluidly between strategy and execution. Clear communication, cultural fluency, and credibility with senior stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience across digital commerce, retail, marketplace, or related leadership roles.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean is required.
Significant local market experience in Korea, with a strong understanding of Korean consumers, partners, and the operating environment.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams and complex business transformation with full financial accountability.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead Nike’s Digital Sport Offense in Korea, shaping how consumers experience the brand across owned and partner digital platforms. You will set the vision, drive growth, and build the capabilities that position Nike Digital as the premium consumer experience in the marketplace.
Set and drive the end-to-end digital commercial and engagement strategy across Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS, and digital partners in Korea.
Elevate Nike Digital as the pinnacle brand expression by balancing storytelling, assortment, and service excellence.
Lead digital expansion, online-to-offline integration, and business-to-business digital solutions across digital platforms, stores, and partners.
Influence digital marketing transformation across owned communications, consumer lifecycle management, and performance media capabilities.
Build modern, scalable digital operations that unlock speed, efficiency, and new retail operating models.
Own financial performance, including revenue growth, efficiency, market share, and contribution margin.
Build, lead, and develop a diverse team while fostering an inclusive culture and a strong leadership pipeline.
