Role Purpose

Drive the end-to-end success of Nike Tmall and JD.com business, define the long-term Tmall & JD strategy, optimize P&L performance, and serve as the key liaison between, platform partners (Tmall/JD.com), and Nike

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

Set the 3-year vision and annual operating plan for Tmall/JD.com, ensuring alignment with the brand’s global and China business objectives. 
Manage the P&L (GMV, margin, ROI) and allocate resources to maximize Tmall & JD performance. 
Identify white-space opportunities (e.g., new sports, new store models, livestream ecosystems, etc.) to expand market share. 

 

Team & Organizational Management

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 40+
Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sports, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Legal) to align on product launches, pricing, and inventory strategies. 
Drive talent development and succession planning to build a future-ready e-commerce team. 

 

Platform & Partner Governance

Serve as the executive sponsor for relationships with Tmall/JD.com, negotiating annual agreements, priority critical moment (e.g., 11.11, 618), and data/tech integrations. 

Oversee third-party partners to ensure execution excellence and cost efficiency.
