WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Converse Global Marketplace technology team is responsible for enhancing and maintaining all global applications supporting the following functions:  E-commerce, retail, marketing, and consumer service. This specific role is leading supporting configuration and maintenance of our e-commerce tools that power Converse.com.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Converse is seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecommerce Analyst with extensive experience in e-commerce platforms, as well as experience managing tools that support capabilities like payment processing, fraud protection, UGC, etc. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and secure online transactions, optimizing ecommerce tools, documenting technical requirements, and managing vendor relationships.

Required Skills:
•    
This position is open to a remote work option; candidates must reside in one of the following (Boston or Atlanta)
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field, or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience
•    5-7 years of ecommerce experience
•    Proven experience with e-commerce platforms. Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred
•    Expertise in e-commerce tools for things like payments, fraud, UGC, etc.  Adyen, Forter, and Curalate experience preferred 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent contract and vendor management abilities
•    Ability to provide high-level production support
•    Strong communication skills 
•    Expertise in writing technical requirements and design documentation

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a senior e-commerce technical analyst, your primary responsibility will be partnering with business partners to validate that all e-commerce tools are configured and tested to meet the needs of the requirements:

•    Configuration of Ecommerce Tools: Lead the setup and optimization of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and integrate additional payment and fraud protection solutions (Adyen, Forter, UGC tools).
•    Contract Management: Partner with procurement to make sure that contracts are renewed on time
•    Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring they deliver value and meet performance standards
•    Financial management:  Responsible for making sure that all vendors are invoicing on time
•    Level 4 Production Support: Provide advanced support for ecommerce tools, resolving complex issues and minimizing downtime
•    Security remediation: Partner with the security team to make sure all critical security risks are mitigated within the SLA
•    Vendor roadmap:  Understand each vendor’s roadmap to understand of any technical upgrades, must-do technical work that the tech will need to account for during planning and prioritization activities
•    Demonstrate strong communication skills by partnering closely with business partners to validate and ensure the configuration and testing of all e-commerce tools to meet business requirement
•    Author technical requirements and technical design documentation
