Senior Engineering Manager – NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Lead an engineering team that builds innovative technical solutions for Nike Product Customization Platform for footwear and apparel categories, and geographies. Creating, developing, and deploying seamless, tailored and inherently social experiences to Nike’s Digital consumers Scope and Responsibilities. Coordinate multiple streams of technical and software development work. Promote Nike agile culture, new technology and development techniques. Perform full stack development from backend services to front end web presentation. Build and grow strong teams through the principles of servant leadership. Manage engineering teams. Cultivate a culture of security/privacy by design and drive a DevOps transformation across the team. Deliver Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities and develop technology professionals with high expectations, a collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality, and planning.
