WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Senior Expert PLM, NSW, Global Footwear serves as a master-level individual contributor responsible for leading the most complex, high-impact product strategies across Nike Sportswear’s global portfolio. This role is a cultural and commercial force — pushing the boundaries of what product can be, guiding cross-functional partners, and influencing Nike’s most strategic decisions across creation, marketplace, and consumer journey. The Senior Expert PLM balances vision and precision, operates with deep consumer and marketplace fluency, and sets the benchmark for product excellence.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Senior Expert PLM will serve as the strategic architect for product journeys that balance innovation, cultural energy, and commercial scale — from concept through go-to-market. Translate global consumer insights and market dynamics into future-forward product strategies that expand category relevance and brand heat.
Mentor and influence PLMs across levels by modeling best-in-class product management behaviors and elevating team capability.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training
A minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience
Deep product creation fluency and insight to line planning mastery
X-Functional leadership and influence without authority
Clear, compelling communication and storytelling ability
Strategic foresight and long-term franchise thinking

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be required to be a subject matter expert on the Footwear Creation Process and calendar, while making sure to align the critical gates/dates on Inline creation calendars. You will also be required to know the NSW Strategy and the key seasonal cultural moments calendar. You will be expected to brief, line plan and manage your respective portfolio of products tethered to the NSW Icons Footwear business.
