WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will partner closely with teams across Finance, Commercial, Retail, Real Estate, Planning, and. Operations, providing financial insights and recommendations that support business performance and strategic decision-making.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring for two Senior Financial Analysts who will support the Stores Finance team. One role will support the Partners business, and the other will support the Nike Value/Liquidation business. We are looking for highly analytical and business-focused Senior Financial Analysts to support financial planning, business performance management, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidates will combine strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings:
Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Experience assessing business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial insights to different audiences.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Drive monthly forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes.
Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable financial insights.
Evaluate store and fleet performance to support profitability and growth objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and assess investment opportunities, including new stores and capital projects.
Develop reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Retail, Real Estate, Planning, and Operations teams to influence business outcomes.
Support process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
