WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be a part of the Global Sales Marketplace Governance team within Global Sales GTM (Go-to-Market) & DSO (Digital Sales Operations), directly reporting into the Global Marketplace Governance Director.  The Grey Market function within Marketplace Governance is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and helping enforce when our Brands’ products show up in unauthorized channels or marketplaces, impacting our efforts to deliver consumers with the premium experience we expect through our official marketplace channels.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining close collaboration with key partners across the Nike matrix including, but not limited to, Global/Geo Sales teams, Sport Sales teams, Account teams, Finance, Brand Protection, Tech/Product, as well as external vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Nike and the marketplace, and a curious and inquisitive nature.  They will help drive a clean marketplace, and enable account teams to grow revenue, margin and market share.  This role requires a self-starter mentality, the ability to build, influence and cultivate cross-functional collaboration across the Nike organization, and work in a team atmosphere.  Competencies include:

  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Senior, Global Sales, Grey Market Investigative Analyst, you will play a critical, and strategic, role, translating enterprise-wide product priorities into actionable decisions that help protect consumers and the ensure a healthy marketplace.  Responsibilities include:

  • Managing test purchase program, identifying styles and following-up on leads
  • Leading grey market investigations and analysis, championing and sharing insights and findings
  • Gathering and analyzing grey market data, identifying key metrics and KPIs to inform recommendations
  • Driving the development and expansion of the team’s tool ecosystem through deep cross-functional collaboration—particularly with Technology partners
