WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will join the Global Sales Partner Engagement team, who is responsible for helping foster and energize relationships with wholesale retail partners through the future of Nike Sport Innovation, ensuring we are engaging with our partners in the right way, at the right moments
This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely within Global and Geography Sport cross
functional teams, inclusive of Sales, Brand, Product and Merchandising. This role will also work closely with Geo Sales and Go To Market (GTM) teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a highly collaborative and energized teammate to join a team of highly attentive, and process focused leaders driving Nike’s efforts to engage, inspire and deepen our collaboration with critical marketplace partners. This teammate will be a trusted member of the team responsible for driving Nike’s partner engagement at high visibility moments that are critical to the long-term health of our business and partnerships. They bring a tactical, creative, and operational mindset to drive processes and cross functional work back plans with sharp attention to detail. They are a self-starter with a proven ability to track multiple workstreams and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in operations, marketing, or sales
- Proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Effective, inclusive team player with professionalism in high-profile interactions.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments.
- Strong project and crisis management skills.
- Ability to navigate across all levels of senior leadership
- Agile and quick problem solver.
- Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, KeyNote/Power Point, Miro, Outlook are a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you’ll be part of the Global Sales Partner Engagement team who is responsible planning and facilitating Nike’s Key Account Product Engagement (KAPE) meetings and Sport Partner Summits (such as with
Running, Sportswear, Specialty and Energy accounts,) as well as Global Sporting Moments such as World Cup and Olympics to name a few.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program management and the planning, execution, and post-action reviews for sport inspiring events or partner summit experiences.
- Support, in tandem with the rest of the Partner Engagement Team, critical semi-annual product feedback sessions and product team commitments.
- Engage with virtual teams across multiple functions / geos to drive transformational initiatives.
- Track and communicate progress on product commitments.
- Partner with Sales Marketplace Intelligence to measure impact on future business when possible
- Identify opportunities and new ways of thinking for how we engage with partners and the wholesale marketplace as a whole
