WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
As an Inventory Point Guard, you will provide inventory research and advanced clerical support, along with problem-solving resolution for North America Supply Chain distribution centers. You will work in a comfortable climate-controlled environment where safety is our top priority. We are also committed to helping you make sport a daily habit so our DCs also offer onsite gyms. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
The primary goal is to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction. An Inventory Point Guard can work with limited direct supervision and able to communicate with leadership. Responsibilities included are to review and resolve inventory exceptions, and to distribute daily reports to inventory control and cross functional operations leadership. An
Inventory Point Guard may also act as an informal resource to peers as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Requires 3 years relevant work experience inventory related problem solving in a distribution center environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management system platforms and associated devices (ex. RF gun, releasing cycle counts’ tasks, DCMS, SAP, etc.)
• Intermediate knowledge of computer systems to track and record inventory, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Moderate decision-making and strong problem-solving skills, attentive to details, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment and interact comfortably with all levels of personnel, including management.
• Suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions, along with prioritization
