Senior Lead-Technology Service Management NIKE RETAIL SERVICES INC. Memphis, TN. Collaborate on standardization of service and operations aspects of systems and business processes; Use database management systems to complete complex queries against large databases to perform data analysis and solve production support issues; Utilize company proprietary tools for developing alerts to supervise system health and issues; Create, change and support business facing reports used in the day-to-day operations of our distribution network; Lead incident, change, and problem management processes while tackling issues impacting data replication between production and backup data sources; Support server log research and perform scripting for solving issues and data analysis; Coordinate with multi-functional technology and business teams to support any report changes or additions to the distribution center portfolio; Collaborate with vendors to support the development and design of production system bug fixes; Participate in new report/dashboard design and development concerning warehouse analytics; and Provide technical feedback and solutions for advanced issues while ensuring raised issues are addressed and resolved within business SLA’s. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, HI, MT, NC, ND, SD, VT, and WY.  

Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer related occupation. Experience must include:
