WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Senior Manager Germany, Austria, Switzerland (M/F/D) will report to the Director Marketplace Sales Jordan EMEA and be an integral part of the country sales leadership team. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional leaders to implement and achieve strategic objectives. You will manage a team of Account Executives and maintain regular contact with both internal stakeholders and external partners, overseeing daily, mid-term, and long-term relationship needs.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Manager Jordan Account Sales for Jordan Germany, Austria, Switzerland. The primary goal for this role is to drive growth and expand market share within the Jordan Germany, Austria, Switzerland account portfolio. This individual will be responsible for executing our sales strategy, leading a team of Sales Representatives, and managing as well as growing partnerships. The position is both a Coach and Player, meaning the candidate will oversee a team while also being directly responsible for generating sales.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Sales, Account Management, Retail Buying, and/or Merchandising, with a high level of marketplace expertise.
Deep understanding and experience in the Streetwear and Sneaker industry—including product, retail, merchandising, or sales—are essential.
A strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with peers, cross-functional partners, and senior management in a sophisticated matrix organizational environment.
Solid business orientation, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of sales and retail metrics, alongside a proven track record in driving business development and strategic projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate goals, objectives, and strategy.
Strong leadership capabilities, able to influence both cross-functionally and vertically within the organization and among external partners.
Fluency in English is required and German preferred
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Key Accountabilities
Lead and develop the team and account strategies, manage the marketplace, and pursue business objectives in alignment with the Jordan EMEA strategy.
Own and nurture account relationships at the CEO and Director levels.
Take responsibility for selling into marketplace channels which includes AS, Streetwear Specialty, Sporting Goods, Digital, and Department Stores.
Create and implement account-specific strategies, driving execution and action across the team, accounts, and cross-functional areas.
Plan account business through forecasts and scenario planning, leveraging expertise in category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace knowledge.
Manage partners and the marketplace, ensuring optimal presentation of stories and products (both digital and brick & mortar) in alignment with the Jordan Marketplace strategy. Be detail-oriented regarding product launch journeys.
Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution by overseeing the end-to-end business with assigned accounts.
Drive account partnerships within the CODE process, establishing appropriate engagements, seasonal dates, and gates.
Oversee performance management, staffing, and pay decisions for direct reports.
Deliverables
Implement MPU and Account strategies that complement the One Marketplace approach.
Curate the optimal assortment for partners to support net revenue growth.
Execute the Consumer Code with your accounts.
Demonstrate effective teamwork and maintain a positive influence within the organization.
