WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits at the heart of North America, supporting the integration of Product and Merchandising. They report into the General Manager, North America Express Lane, and collaborate closely with leaders across Product, Merchandising, Business Integration, Business Planning, Sales, Brand, as well as Global Partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

North America Express Lane is looking for a strategic operator—someone who brings order to complexity and builds connective tissue across a fast‑moving, matrixed organization. This person thrives in environments where clarity must be created, not inherited. They balance detail with vision, translate priorities into actionable plans, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned through key gates and milestones. They communicate with confidence, facilitate with intention, and build strong relationships across diverse teams. Above all, they operate with discipline, integrity, and a deep commitment to elevating the brand and the consumer.

Key Qualifications:

·       7+ years of experience in business management, strategy, corporate planning, consulting, or a similar analytical role

·       Experience developing strategic plans, business cases, and investment recommendations or senior stakeholders

·       Demonstrated people management experience

·       Demonstrated strength in strategic communication, facilitation, influence, and project management

·       Experience in Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, or a product‑driven organization strongly preferred

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you’ll turn strategy into execution. You’ll bring structure to seasonal planning, sharpen tools and processes, and keep teams aligned from insights to line planning to handoff. You will operate at both a strategic and tactical level, managing complex workflows, driving change, and enabling leaders and teams to perform at their best across Apparel and Footwear.

You will:

·       Serve as a thought partner who brings structure, discipline, and strategic clarity to ambiguous, multifaceted problems

·       Operate as a strategic thought partner and Chief of Staff to senior leadership, helping prioritize initiatives and translate strategy into action

·       Lead with an operational mindset: highly organized, process‑driven, and detail‑oriented while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture

·       Drive process improvement and optimization, simplifying workflows and improving efficiency across complex, cross‑functional systems

·       Own prioritization and project management across multiple workstreams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and timely delivery

·       Manage and execute critical projects and organizational initiatives, thinking strategically and delivering tactically

·       Create clear, compelling content and presentations that translate complex concepts, strategies, and updates into actionable insights

·       Lead and support change management efforts, including rollout of new ways of working, tools, and operating models

·       Act with speed and bias to action, making sound decisions, exercising strong judgment, and taking calculated risks

·       Develop talent and lead a team of three, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance

·       Build strong relationships and credibility quickly, serving as a trusted connector across diverse teams
