The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a doer: someone who can zoom out to connect dots across LATAM, while rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life in fast-paced, ever-evolving markets while successfully navigating and influencing across the broad internal matrix organization.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the LATAM Energy Marketing Senior Manager, you will support and elevate the Energy strategy across the region, driving cultural resonance and energy around Nike’s most style-led products and collaborations.
You will:
• Partner across territories to develop, guide, and execute seasonal energy plans, from concept to marketplace launch.
• Support strategic alignment between Global, APLA and territories on seasonal stories, product priorities, and creative direction.
• Lead cross-market storytelling, connecting consumer insights and creative ideas that express the energy of LATAM cities.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure Energy initiatives feel authentic, relevant, and distinct by market.
• Drive campaign execution, creative production, and partner communication to deliver culturally credible activations.
• Track and share performance learnings across markets to inform future offense.
• You will be the expert on the visionary sneaker and style obsessed consumer mindsets, marketplace, content performance KPI’s, trends, and business.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
We are a diverse, creative, and forward-looking team driving the future of Nike style and culture across Latin America.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional city and geo teams to shape the Energy Marketing offense from seasonal storytelling and collaborations to cultural activations that connect Nike to the next generation of style driven consumers and subctulres.You will work hand in hand with teams across Brand Marketing, Digital, Retail, Communications, Marketplace, and Product Merchandising, as well as external collaborators and creative partners.
You’ll act as a connective thread, helping translate Global and Geo strategy into LATAM plans that will trickle into big local impact while amplifying insights, energy, and ideas back into the regional narrative.You’ll report directly to the Sr. Marketing Director LATAM, collaborating closely with Geo energy leads and territories Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Central America & Caribbean.
WHAT YOU BRING
You thrive in diverse, nimble work environments, can navigate complex cross-functional networks, and lead through influence and collaboration.
You bring:
• 10+ years of marketing, brand, or cultural strategy experience.
• Experience in fashion, streetwear, or cultural brand marketing.
• Deep appreciation for cultural nuance and local insight, from Mexico City to São Paulo.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital, influencer, and experiential marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
