WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a senior leader on the Jordan Brand Kids Footwear Development team, this role sits at the center of product creation. You’ll lead a team of footwear product developers and partner daily with design, materials, product management, sourcing, planning, and operations. You’re a people leader first, investing in talent, building trust, and creating an environment where teams do their best work. You influence senior stakeholders with facts, instinct, and strong storytelling, and you understand the business end‑to‑end—from product integrity to financial impact. Most of all, you care about craft. You push for better, smarter, more consumer‑relevant product every season.

  • 8+ years of footwear product development experience, including people leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven expertise across lasts, uppers, materials, tooling, costing, testing, and manufacturing
  • Strong project leadership within a fast‑paced, matrixed global organization
  • Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon; travel up to 15% required

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead teams and projects that turn bold ideas into tested, manufacturable footwear for the next generation of Jordan athletes. You’ll drive the full product creation process, protecting design intent while delivering on performance, cost, sustainability, and timing in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Lead and develop a team of footwear product developers, building capability and accountability
  • Own end‑to‑end footwear product creation from concept through commercialization
  • Partner closely with design, materials, product management, sourcing, planning, and operations
  • Solve complex construction and manufacturing challenges with speed and precision
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines while balancing quality, cost, and scalability
  • Drive innovation and process improvement across Jordan Brand Kids footwear
