WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production strategy and execution of the Always On program under Icon Studios — a global initiative that delivers photo and video content to fuel digital and physical cross-channel storytelling for Nike and our partners.
Reporting directly to the Production Director, Icon Studios Global, this role is responsible for the oversight and delivery of seasonal production while serving as the primary leader and point of contact for creative leadership stakeholders, project management, finance, digital marketing, and cross-functional partners.
You will orchestrate all production timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across multiple seasons and markets. As the Always On production budget owner, you’ll lead fiscal planning, tracking, and reporting across seasonal initiatives.
This role is a direct people manager, overseeing the Always On Lead Shoot Producer and Production Coordinator. You’ll coach and empower your team toward operational excellence, creative partnership, and delivery of consistent, high-impact work that ladders up to Nike’s global brand vision.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As Senior Production Manager, you’ll drive the strategic planning and execution of the Always On seasonal program, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery across creative, marketing, and production functions.
Your focus areas will include:
·Seasonal Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Always On productions — aligning with global consumer mindsets, seasonal brand narratives, and commercial priorities.
·Stakeholder Management: Oversee stakeholder communication across all milestones — from brief alignment and creative direction reviews to shoot planning, asset selection, and final delivery.
·On Set & Location Leadership: Orchestrate management of Nike’s production representative on set.
·Operational Oversight: ensure timely management and governance of vendor procurement, contracts, work orders, payments, and partner engagement. Maintain visibility into production timelines and deliverables through a range of systems & tools like Airtable & Figma.
·Budget & Resource Management: Own and manage the Always On budget across all seasons, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and alignment with fiscal targets.
·Casting Partnership: Work with Casting Manager & Creative to deliver authentic, diverse, and inspiring talent selections that bring Nike’s seasonal direction to life.
·Creative Integration: Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Global Merch, and Creative teams to translate business-driving priorities into compelling, consumer-led visual storytelling.

You’ll work closely with: Digital Marketing, Global Merchandising, Global Brand Creative, Internal Production Teams and External Production Partners including agencies, photographers, stylists, and vendors to deliver premium, efficient production output.
You’ll serve as the strategic hub connecting creative ambition with operational execution — ensuring every partner is aligned, informed, and empowered to deliver.
WHAT YOU BRING
