This role works closely with the immediate team and reports to the European Senior Commercial Director. The role also partners with the broader Global Growth Team and collaborates with global partners on key initiatives that support the business. The position is based at Converse EHQ in Hilversum, the Netherlands, and includes travel to meet and support retail partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate has a passion for streetwear, fashion, and youth culture, along with a strong understanding of the European Energy retailer landscape. This person brings experience managing strategic retail relationships, navigating a dynamic marketplace, and leading high-performing teams.

As Senior Manager, Partner Management Specialty, this leader will guide the Inspire segment, strengthen key partner relationships, foster cross-functional collaboration, and help unlock the full potential of the Converse brand. The role plays a critical part in shaping the Inspire business and serves as an integral member of the European Sales Leadership Team.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong account management experience, ideally with partners such as DSM, Slam Jam, Kith, Size?, FootPatrol, Offspring, LVR, and SNS
  • Strong experience in the fashion and/or sportswear industry across sales, buying, or merchandising functions
  • Passion for the Converse brand and culture
  • Strong knowledge of the European Energy and Neighborhood marketplace
  • Previous sales experience with a strong understanding of selling dynamics
  • Strong commercial acumen, including financial planning and forecasting knowledge
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment across multiple business functions
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will lead the long-term European strategic vision for the Inspire segment while overseeing day-to-day business operations. You will help grow the Inspire business in alignment with the integrated marketplace strategy, identify new opportunities, and drive sustainable growth for the Converse brand.

Key repsponsibilities:

  • Create: Develop a marketplace strategy that enables Converse to build momentum and long-term success within the Energy marketplace.
  • Ownership: Lead the European Inspire business and provide direction, support, and leadership for the team.
  • Partnership: Build and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to unlock the full potential of the Converse brand. Partner with retailers to deliver best-in-class service and consumer experiences.
  • Elevate: Help ensure Paris Fashion Week remains a leading expression of the Converse brand and its cultural impact.
  • Develop yourself: Continue building leadership, strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and execution capabilities to support long-term career growth at Converse.
