WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Performance Management Analytics across Greater China and APLA operations. They will oversee a global team focused on developing and implementing tools designed to measure and enhance the performance of the supply chain. This position will report directly to the Director of Performance Management for Global Initiatives at WHQ.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Senior Manager of Performance Management for APLA and Greater China serves as a strategic leader, blending analytical rigor with effective people management to drive supply chain excellence across multiple regions. This individual demonstrates a proactive approach, consistently converting complex data into practical insights that enhance operational performance. With a strong background in project management, the Sr. Manager leads cross-functional initiatives that align both global and regional priorities, ensuring consistency in metrics and reporting. Their leadership style promotes collaboration among teams in Singapore, China, and North America, while empowering team members to deliver results within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Sr. Manager excels at influencing stakeholders, managing performance forums, and developing scalable processes that improve Nike’s supply chain performance.
Required Skillset:
Role based in Singapore, with oversight extending to APLA, Greater China, and North America team members.
At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, data analytics, or performance management.
Advanced degree preferred; a Master’s degree is ideal, though a Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or Analytics is acceptable.
Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and achieve measurable outcomes.
Proven record of leveraging data and insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Planning, leading activities and analytics for performance management. You will be responsible for aligning both top line and function-specific metrics for operations, managing performance review forums, and working with technology teams to implement analytical tools that elevate global supply chain standards. Work within the Supply Chain Planning & Operations (SCPO) organization, as part of the Performance Management team supporting Global Initiatives, APLA, and China.
Collaborate daily with cross-functional partners in Singapore, Shanghai, and North America to provide analytics that drive performance.
Support Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) by preparing insights and performance updates.
Engage with stakeholders across various functions to ensure consistent adoption of metrics and tools.
Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment, influencing decision-making and driving accountability.
Partner with technology teams to scale and integrate analytical solutions into Nike’s supply chain ecosystem.
Provide mentorship and guidance to managers and analysts, supporting their professional growth and development.
