WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join the Consumer team to activate the merchandising strategy for the ACG & KOBE sub-brands, across M&W, Apparel and Footwear.
You will work closely with the Global Merchandising Team, with whom you will line plan and finalize the seasonal product line for the consumers in EMEA. You will also work with Partner Merchandising and Nike Direct to bring to life the product and merchandising vision in the right destinations.
Besides Merchants, you will interact with cross-functional partners: GM, Planning and Marketing. You will collaborate with these partners to ensure the right insights, trends, and opportunities are addressed with speed to serve a new consumer and create demand.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a passionate Senior Merchant who can think out of the box. An entrepreneurial profile, self-starter and collaborative with knowledge of the EMEA consumer and marketplace.
You will drive the go to market process all the way from future line-planning to seasonal execution. The goal of the function is to serve the consumer in EMEA with the best product line-up, available where consumers shop, at the right time, right price and right place.
The priority of your work will be to create the ACG & KOBE product line plan ensuring the consumer has clear and compelling choice by driving a profitable assortment.
Requirements
You will be responsible for the EMEA product line of both ACG and KOBE, so experience in product merchandising is a must, demonstrating a high level of product, retail and merchandising acumen.
Experience with translating observations of consumer needs, trends, behaviors into concrete line plans opportunities is critical to the creation of long-term line plans and assortments.
Since you will collaborate with marketplace team on distribution strategies, a commercial background is preferred (sales, marketplace/account merchandising), along with a clear understanding of the EMEA consumer and marketplace, from mass market to specialty distribution.
Since you will work on seasonal plans and assortment creation, attention to details and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment are needed.
We are looking for a pro-active individual with high level of accountability that can activate the ACG and KOBE merchandising strategy in the geo. Hence, it’s important that you bring along proven project management skills, including stakeholder management.
Experience in the outdoor business is preferred.

Activate the ACG & KOBE merchandising strategy based on EMEA specific consumer and marketplace insights.
Create and maintain seasonal line plan thru adoption, pricing and assortment creation.
Feed the global team with the latest consumer and marketplace trends to influence future line planning.
Collaborate with Marketplace merchandising on the creations of shopping destinations for the ACG & KOBE brands thru the right distribution and segmentation strategy
Create EMEA relevant assortment frameworks to bring to life the product vision in the marketplace
Partner with demand planning on the financial seasonal plans
Collaborate with the Men’s & WMNS, Running & Lifestyle teams across footwear and apparel to ensure the holistic Consumer merchandising strategy comes to life in the marketplace.
