WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Marketplace Merchandising team (NDDC) is looking for a merchant with an entrepreneurial mindset to create strategy and drive merchandising excellence in Nike’s online channels, across different platforms in Greater China. You will be responsible for crafting assortment dedicated to digital channel and segmentation strategies across platforms. We are looking for talent that has a strategic mindset, consumer expertise, collaborative attitude, and initiative to unlock new marketplace opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be responsible for developing clear assortment strategies for digital NSW footwear in partnership with sports merchandising teams and other MPU teams. On top of it, with the understanding of platforms and products, creating distinctive segmentation for specific channels. You will conduct business readings on a weekly basis and co-work with other function teams to react to the business.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be a key collaborator across multiple functions, working closely with Sports Merchandising, Nike Direct Merchandising (NSO) and NSP. You would also engaged with the network of platform team and planning team.

WHAT SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Knowledge of consumers and marketplace
  • SPORTSWEAR relevant experience is preferred, not limited in FW
  • Digital channel (cross platforms) knowledge
  • Passion for band, sport & product
  • Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize
  • Great communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS office tools
