WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Nike Digital Business team in Korea, a group focused on driving growth through consumer-led digital experiences across Nike App and Nike.com. The team translates consumer and marketplace insights into commercial strategies that maximize digital performance. This role reports to the Manager, Nike App Korea, and works closely with Marketing, Planning, Operations, Geo stakeholders, Global Technology teams, and external partners to deliver seamless, high-impact digital commerce moments.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a senior digital commerce professional with strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical capability to help shape and execute the Nike App’s business strategy in Korea. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in app or digital commerce performance management, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable plans that drive demand, optimize the consumer journey, and deliver results during key commercial moments. This individual is comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and partners effectively across functions to balance brand storytelling with commercial outcomes. Strong communication skills and a consumer-first mindset are essential to influence stakeholders locally and globally.
To be successful, you will bring:

  • 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, app business, or retail planning
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced expertise in KPI forecasting including Traffic, Demand, CVR (Conversion Rate), AOV (Average Order Value) using bottom-up methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into financial impact and gap-closing actions
  • Professional fluency in both Korean and English, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the commercial performance and planning agenda for the Nike App in Korea, using data, insights, and cross-functional partnership to maximize demand while protecting the consumer experience.
You will: 

  • Own end-to-end KPI planning and bottom-up forecasting for Nike App and Nike.com, building annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily forecasts grounded in marketplace signals and historical performance
  • Drive a continuous “Read & React” rhythm, translating real-time performance data into clear actions that remove consumer friction and accelerate business opportunities
  • Maximize the Nike App’s revenue contribution during key commercial moments (e.g., Black Friday, Member Days, seasonal peaks) by connecting objectives, execution plans, and real-time optimization
  • Lead pre-season app planning, defining priorities for app-exclusive products and seasonal stories while balancing brand and commercial goals
  • Partner with Global Technology teams to represent local business needs, supporting capability testing and smooth adoption of new app features
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to shape targeted communications strategies, including push messaging, to drive qualified traffic and demand
  • Work cross-functionally with Planning, Operations, Geo partners, and vendors to ensure flawless execution across the end-to-end digital funnel
