WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Nike Sportswear Brand Marketing team in Southeast Asia & India. You’ll report to the Southeast Asia & India Nike Sportswear Brand Director and partner closely with Singapore‑based NSW teammates and Asia‑Pacific Latin America Brand teams. You’ll collaborate daily across Brand, Creative, Media, Digital, Retail, Sports Marketing, and external agency partners to deliver integrated brand impact.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a strategic, culturally fluent brand marketer who lives at the intersection of sport, youth culture, and product. This person brings sharp consumer insight, a deep love for Nike Sportswear, and a strong point of view on football, fashion, and emerging subcultures across Southeast Asia and India.
They think holistically and act decisively—able to translate cultural signals into brand strategies, guide cross‑functional partners, and keep work moving in fast, complex environments. They balance creativity with rigor, curiosity with discipline, and lead through collaboration. Above all, they are team‑first, growth‑minded, and ready to step up when the moment demands it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Open to work in Singapore
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or related fields (including fashion, music, sports, digital platforms, editorial, or creative agencies)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- Deep knowledge of Southeast Asia & India sneaker, streetwear, youth, and football culture
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and cross‑functional influencing skills
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll help shape and deliver Nike Sportswear brand strategy across Southeast Asia & India, with extended responsibility for Football. Partnering with geography and territory teams, you’ll bring integrated plans to life—turning consumer insight and cultural energy into brand moments that drive connection and growth.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with Nike Marketing leadership and Asia‑Pacific Latin America teams to plan and execute seasonal and daily brand initiatives
- Build deep understanding of consumers, communities, and cultural tensions to fuel brand relevance and product desire
- Support strategic brand briefs and orchestrate collaboration across Brand, Creative, Media, Digital, Retail, and Sports Marketing
- Activate community connections by supporting product stories, toolkits, and operational needs
- Work across territory and city offense to deliver impactful consumer experiences
- Track campaign performance, lead recaps, and drive learnings forward
- Manage timelines and workflows while navigating ambiguity with confidence
