WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will own relationships with our manufacturing partners and will be responsible for strategic alignment, developing capabilities, shared growth and profitability. This role will elevate Partner performance across all elements of the Manufacturing Index and Strategic Sourcing Framework through collaboration and teamwork across the matrix organization.
As a leader in Product Supply Chain, you will provide leadership and consultation to teams defining and delivering on strategic plans in the various stages of the apparel manufacturing supply chain.

As a leader in Product Supply Chain, you will provide leadership and consultation to teams defining and delivering on strategic plans in the various stages of the apparel manufacturing supply chain.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence across multiple teams and levels within the organization, drive alignment and deliver clarity on strategy and priorities. This role will:
- Build trust and influence inside and outside the organization, with the big picture in mind while managing the details (metrics, issues, priorities).
- Clearly communicate Nike’s Global Supply Chain strategy to manufacturing partners and drive clarity on strategic priorities
- Own and identify solutions to critical product and functional issue resolution.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training
- Minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience
- Advanced familiarity with supplier scorecards, KPIs, and risk frameworks
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Ability to synthesize data, make strategic decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the primary relationship manager for the manufacturing partners delivering Nike’s highly visible on-field athlete uniforms, this role will:
- Manage risk to business continuity and overall performance goals while executing volume decreases and divests in support of Nike’s strategic sourcing strategy for domestic Promo.
- Address critical issues with manufacturing partners in coordination with cross functional internal experts.
- Develop partner capabilities in visibility of capacity to allow for development of a Long Range Capacity Plan (LRCP)
- Drive clarity on Nike’s strategic priorities for supply partners and support regular progress review through Partner Business Reviews (PBR)
- Elevate Partner’s Performance (Delivery, Cost, Quality, Sustainability)
- Deliver internal communications and strategy updates to supply chain leaders across multiple functions
- Execute of Nike’s Partner Strategic Planning Calendar (Partner Strategy Deployment Meetings, PBR’s, etc.)
