WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role collaborates closely with the FFF Business Director and FFF Business Manager at Nike, as well as Football Sport Marketing and Brand stakeholders across France. It also partners with key stakeholders within the FFF organization. As digitalization is central to this model, the role leads relationships with external e-commerce agencies, guided by the needs and insights of football clubs.
The position reports to the Team Partnership Manager for France and is part of both the France-based sales team and the broader EMEA Team Partnership function at EHQ. It partners cross-functionally to ensure financial and product flows operate smoothly. Success in this role requires navigating a matrix organization and fostering a collaborative environment that drives new ideas and solutions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Senior Sales Representative, Team Partnerships, France, this role drives the development of the Nike x FFF digital platform for FFF amateur clubs and accelerates Team Sales business growth.
Aligned with strategic direction set by leadership, the role leads the Nike x FFF digital platform to support the success of the model. It plans, manages, and continuously improves processes to deliver a seamless buying journey for clubs, players, and fans. The role defines and monitors business and financial performance, reports on progress across organizational pipelines, and identifies opportunities to maximize revenue.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in Sales, E-commerce, Digital, or a related field
- Knowledge of the football and amateur club ecosystem
- Digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with e-commerce tools (e.g., CRM, platform development, hosting)
- Project management skills (planning, stakeholder alignment, reporting)
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
- Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and develop effective solutions
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
1. Optimize and maximize the Nike x FFF Digital platform
- Optimize the club, player, and fan journey across the platform
- Align and improve the operating model, building clear processes across financial, product, and logistics flows with Nike France, EMEA, Nike Direct, and Laakdal teams
- Build trusted relationships with e-commerce agencies
- Strengthen partnerships with FFF stakeholders and partners
- Conduct testing and feedback sessions with clubs to improve platform experience
- Promote and align the project internally across Nike teams
- Lead contractual elements of the model, including roles, responsibilities, and rights of all parties
- Define the product assortment and ensure sufficient inventory availability
- Establish the customer service strategy, including support model and communication flows
- Develop and execute a brand plan and membership program to increase acquisition and conversion
2. Define and monitor Business Goals
- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets
- Define success metrics and track performance
- Implement scorecards and report progress
- Take commercial actions to achieve financial targets
- Manage invoicing processes, including purchase order creation and tracking
3. Support the France Team Sales team on digital initiatives
Position will be posted until 3rd of July. Relocation is not offered for this role.
