Our team accelerates strategic decisions and drives integrated performance excellence by turning data into actionable insights and compelling stories. As part of Nike Greater China’s Enterprise Business Planning team, you’ll collaborate with Marketplace Planning, Sport Planning, Global Planning, Analytics, Technology and Strategy to deliver standardized reporting, communicate business results, and enable smarter, faster decision-making.

Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in business analysis, performance management, strategy or management consulting.
- Exceptional ability to craft executive-level presentations and narratives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Skilled at influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI; Tableau experience preferred.
- Project management and change management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Create compelling fact packs and executive presentations that contextualize business performance for leadership forums.
- Drive clarity in week-end, month-end, and quarter-end reporting, bridging Sport x Marketplace views.
- Lead storytelling for priority product performance, aligning to brand priorities and key investments.
- Play a key role in a global reporting standardization project, working with cross-function and global partners to champion Greater China’s perspective while supporting global objectives.
- Deliver ad hoc strategic narratives and insights to enable action-oriented discussions.
