Our team accelerates strategic decisions and drives integrated performance excellence by transforming data into actionable insights. As part of Nike Greater China’s Enterprise Business Planning team, you’ll partner with Marketplace Planning, Sport Planning, Global, Analytics, and Technology to deliver standardized reporting, communicate business results, and enable smarter, faster decision-making.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills. You can manage large datasets, optimize reporting processes, and help build scalable reporting solutions that pave the way for automation—while clearly articulating what you’re doing and bringing stakeholders along on the journey.
You’ll need to be hands-on with data and tools while maintaining a strong grasp of the strategic picture—connecting technical solutions to business priorities and influencing adoption across teams. KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in business analysis, performance management, data or systems integration, systems implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Excellent technical skills including advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau; exposure to automation tools or scripting (Python, SQL) a plus
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Experience with data integration from multiple sources, data architecture or platform integration a plus.
- Exceptional ability to craft executive-level presentations and narratives; proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Skilled at influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Build and maintain automated reporting solutions for week-end, month-end, and quarter-end performance tracking.
- Partner with Reporting team to develop scalable dashboards prototypes and tools to monitor priority product performance.
- Partner with Global and Technology teams to standardize reporting and enable data integration.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple platforms.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests to inform strategic decisions.
