WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a NA Senior Planner - Consumer to join our Jordan Team! As a Senior Planner, you will play a meaningful role in defining, crafting and setting consumer demand. You possess a deep understanding of marketplace, product and inventory planning with actions that are grounded in qualitative research, data and insights to support your view. You are a great collaborator who proactively builds positive relationships across the organization with both upstream and downstream functions. Using your strong financial and commercial acuity, you show good judgment in making decisions and problem solving.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
As a Senior Consumer Planner, you will play a key role in forecasting product demand to ensure optimal inventory levels and support supply chain efficiency. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, merchandising, and supply planning—to align demand plans and optimize franchise health. You’ll also stay connected to other Planners and succeed through your ability to collaborate and drive action and results.
In a typical day/week you will develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and business insights, monitoring forecast accuracy and adjust plans to reflect changing conditions. You will partner with key stakeholders across Merch, Sales and Business Planning to optimize business health throughout the entirety of the product life cycle.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years experience in retail, planning and/or product management
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of consumer and marketplace trends, supply chain, merchandising, and inventory management principles
- Strong Excel skills are essential; ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions
